Got an Estimate, but couldn't get him to come do work. After 5 months, i call for a new fresh estimate. He came right out and gave it. But again could not get him to return. Its now been over a year, and I still have hundreds sitting in an escrow account per the Glassman's estimate. What does it take to get this guy to fix a window seal??? I am done wasting my time with this company.

Just seeing the review of the work done to the 2013 Toyota. I actually paid for the windshield. I had nothing to do with the inital damage or damage claimed to have happened during the install. I was trying to help a friend who I assumed actually owned the vehicle. I'd never met Ted before the install. I was referred by my brother in law. I do know this 600.00 windshield was purchased and installed for 200.00 dollars. After speaking with Ted today 6.15.16 I know now that didn't cover his cost. The windshield on my 2013 red toyota camry was replaced by this company. After the windshield was replace there were muddy foot prints and the trim on the drivers side door was broken causing the wires that run to the back of the car to be exposed. I have made several attempts to contact the company with no response. disgusting workmanship. Go to a reputable company like safelite. Obviously this company doesn't take pride in their work or care about their reputation.
