We engaged Mr. Glass and his firm to create a new trust for our 84 year old mother. Our mother was a friend of Mr. Glass' wife and a member of his church. It took basically 16-months to get this done; way longer than normal according to other attorneys and even Mr. Glass himself admitted. After the meeting, there was no response or follow up for a month. When I contacted the office regarding the information I was waiting, he replied with something that was irrelevant to what I was asking for -he clearly forgot about the issue.
