My experience with New Start Homes was extremely frustrating. The initial work done on my home was careless and poorly executed, with multiple issues that should have never happened in the first place. Nothing was properly addressed until I escalated the situation to CORPORATE. Only then did they send a different team who finally fixed everything the right way. I had a great experience speaking with Lily at the mobile home place. She was extremely helpful, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process to me. She went over credit score requirements and everything I need to improve my situation so I can be ready to buy a mobile home. Lily was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate her guidance and excellent customer service. Five stars all the way!
