This place is awful to buy a mobile home, this mobile homes are expensive. The sales people promise you they will have your mobile home ready don't believe them. This mobile homes are built with the cheapest materials. You are not buying a home you are buying a future problem. The AC unit not big enough for the size of mobile home. Plus they take a hole year to finish what ever needs to be done, details which they are alot. They just want your money, they don't care about your priorities. Be careful don't fall for it.
