Now called YHB, this company is surprisingly disorganized for an accounting group that is supposed to be top notch and charges as such. Actually forgot to file a W2 form with our taxes. Each year we used them (and we used them for many years...shame on us) we were severely dinged with penalties from the IRS. Have moved on now to a firm that understands how to file taxes.
This place is WAY too expensive, and they really drag their feet. They had my taxes for 4-5 months before they were completed.
