I was very disappointed with Glass Insurance Agency in Lake Geneva. I called this agency to get a quote on auto and home insurance. I spoke with someone named Kim. She was very pleasant on the phone and took all the information down that she needed to give me a quote. Kim said that she would contact me within two days.
