One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. In this age of AI and machines, it was so nice to have a completely human interaction. What an amazing experience, Mandy is kind and considerate and makes some amazing pieces. I went to her shop today and she didn’t mind me taking a stupidly long time deciding what I wanted. I lost my husband suddenly this January. Together we had collected antique paperweights so finding Mandy with her glassblowing talent was perfect. Mandy is an absolute artist. She did a beautiful deep green and blue swirl paperweight which will keep part of my husband with me forever. I am extremely grateful. It is beautiful and was done so quickly and for a reasonable price also.
