One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. In this age of AI and machines, it was so nice to have a completely human interaction. Mandy called me very shortly after I placed my order to go over a request I had made. She ensured I had the mailing information. What an amazing experience, Mandy is kind and considerate and makes some amazing pieces. I went to her shop today and she didn’t mind me taking a stupidly long time deciding what I wanted.
