Jila is a wonderful vet who you can tell truly cares about animals. Not long after Jila took over the clinic, she desexed our Boston terrier. I am always nervous about our brachycephalic dogs going under anaesthetic but she was very knowledgeable and reassuring & the surgery went very well with a very quick, smooth recovery. The same dog has recently been unwell & Jila has been incredibly supportive & helpful as I’ve navigated this stressful time. Excellent care and customer service. I really appreciated Dr Tahani’s kindness and that she was able to fit me in for a check up last minute.
All of the staff at this Vet Clinic are so sweet, caring and kind. They made us feel so welcomed and our bubba Kygo so calm and well looked after. They did such an amazing job with his teeth cleaning and removal of growth. Provided so much knowledge on aftercare and overall are a pleasure to deal with. Very well priced and so worth the extra drive to help ky continue to be a healthy and happy dog :) thanks again for all you did and the check up call made us so happy! We experienced a very Warm & friendly welcome for my doggie Stanley. Jilla was very professional with her care & knowledge! Her diagnosis & fast acting care was praised by the Eye Specialist. Jilla did us a referral & diagnosis letter which was emailed immediately, with the next available appointment made for the next day!!.. Stanley’s care was followed up by a call from Jilla... which was amazing! … We will be visiting Jilla again. I proudly support my local community Veterinarian. 😊
