All of the staff at this Vet Clinic are so sweet, caring and kind. They made us feel so welcomed and our bubba Kygo so calm and well looked after. They did such an amazing job with his teeth cleaning and removal of growth. Provided so much knowledge on aftercare and overall are a pleasure to deal with. Very well priced and so worth the extra drive to help ky continue to be a healthy and happy dog :) thanks again for all you did and the check up call made us so happy! Appreciate you and all the hard work you do!
We experienced a very Warm & friendly welcome for my doggie Stanley. Jilla was very professional with her care & knowledge! Her diagnosis & fast acting care was praised by the Eye Specialist. Jilla did us a referral & diagnosis letter which was emailed immediately, with the next available appointment made for the next day!!.. Stanley’s care was followed up by a call from Jilla... which was amazing! … We will be visiting Jilla again. I proudly support my local community Veterinarian. 😊
Such a great experience with Glasshouse Country Vet. Caring, open and transparent. Jila is great to deal with, going well above and beyond what you expect from a vet. Our dog needed emergency surgery and she opened the clinic outside normal business hours to perform the surgery. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!!
I am so happy I found dr Jila. She is the kindest most caring Vet I've ever met. She has been amazing with both my dogs and recommended treatment that was suited to their needs each and every time. The fees are very very reasonable and Dr Jila will not provide treatment to run up costs that's not necessary. She only gives treatment they need there and then and will discuss options of future treatment and always letting me know costs and next steps. I can't recommend Dr Jila high enough. Could not recommend Jila more highly! She is so thorough and shows a lot of care for our animals. Our old boy underwent quite a large surgery and every step went so smoothly from the prep to surgery and even recovery it had us all surprised given his age. If you're looking for a great vet then absolutely give Jila a call!
