Reaching out to them on socials to make an appointment as a new client (yes, I realize it is the "holidays"), they have stylists text you stating they can take you as a new client, even asking for detailed information from you in terms of your needs -- only to IGNORE you completely after sending very detailed information regarding an upcoming appointment. Granddaughter loved it
I love how light my hair feels after I leave here. I have soo much hair and Ashley always leaves me feeling light as a feather after a haircut.
Had the best experience here with Mia nailing it with knowing what I wanted and being able to achieve it! The ambiance of the hair salon also deserves a mention — so cozy and conducive to a relaxing pampering. Can’t wait to be back!
