Olivia is so talented and really good at her job. I’m so picky, and I’m so glad I found her! A glorified DUMP! Reaching out to them on socials to make an appointment as a new client (yes, I realize it is the "holidays"), they have stylists text you stating they can take you as a new client, even asking for detailed information from you in terms of your needs -- only to IGNORE you completely after sending very detailed information regarding an upcoming appointment.
