Very dissatisfied with the protection behind the products they install. Had frameless shower door installed on fiberglass unit in 2018. They attempted to glue the top hinge on two separate occasions. 1 month after gluing the hinge, it failed again. Several phone calls and texts have been exchanged with the owner. Numerous appointments have been scheduled, but no one showed and no one called to cancel. My parents haven't been able to use the downstairs shower in 4 months. The owner took my call at 7:39 a.m. regarding a loose hinge. He had a technician at my house the same day. He accommodated my work schedule and personally called me to let me know the technician was waiting in my driveway for me to arrive home from my work. The technician was professional and polite. I cannot say enough about Glass House. I am so impressed with their responsiveness and their skill sets.
