Wayne from Glass Guru has done an amazing job with our sliding door. The kids had bumped into the sliding door which had caused dislodgement of the frame, glass and rubber. He asked me to send some photos and he was able to come out the very next day. When fixing the door, he noticed the wheels were worn down which was causing friction when pushing the door. Had an urgent glass repair for our shattered door, and the glazier, Wayne, made the entire process super easy and quick, fixing and installing our door with a new glass replacement at our home in North lakes after it had been accidentally broken by a flicked rock, when our lawns had been mowed a day before our house inspection. We contacted Wayne on a Sunday as we'd had a stray rock flick up whilst mowing, ending up in a shattered sliding door. Wayne was super quick to respond and came out the next morning to replace the glass. Wayne helped us out with an amazing price and the work was completed efficiently and problem free! We had a shattered glass in our sliding door due to a thermal shock just before Christmas. After reading his Google reviews, I contacted Wyane, he was super quick to respond even though the holiday period was coming up.
