Wayne from Glass Gurus did a great job fixing 3 x 100 year-old Windows at my house. One of them was pretty tricky to access and Wayne did well to replace that one. Communication and timeliness was also spot-on.
Service from Wayne was amazing. Had quote to repair glass door at work within minutes and was very reasonable. Came the next morning to repair but I forgot to mention the glass was tinted. Wayne made a special trip to get it tinted and came back within an hr to fit it. Boss was happy with the prompt service also. I will definitely use his service again in the future whether it be for work or home. Highly recommend Wayne to everyone.
Had an urgent glass repair for our shattered door, and the glazier, Wayne, made the entire process super easy and quick, fixing and installing our door with a new glass replacement at our home in North lakes after it had been accidentally broken by a flicked rock, when our lawns had been mowed a day before our house inspection. Couldn’t be more impressed with Wayne. He immediately answered my call late on a Sunday when we needed a job done urgently. He was very efficient and clear with communication. He was polite when he arrived and very easy to deal with. Replaced the glass in our sliding door, and it now slides much smoother too. Great service.
Wayne from Glass Guru has done an amazing job with our sliding door. The kids had bumped into the sliding door which had caused dislodgement of the frame, glass and rubber. He asked me to send some photos and he was able to come out the very next day. When fixing the door, he noticed the wheels were worn down which was causing friction when pushing the door.
