Professional, friendly, trustworthy, and has great products. I wouldn't go anywhere else. This will be the third time I've used him now. We are getting a custom sliding glass door with doggie door installed in the glass. I showed him which doggie door I wanted and he took care of the rest. The rest of our windows are looking great years later and I'm so excited to have this one replaced too. We used to need 3 window AC units to keep our house cool. Now we only occasionally use one!
I dropped off a residential window frame and was told they could get it back to me in a couple days. Kept bugging them and stopped hearing back. After 2 weeks I went and picked up the frame and took it somewhere else in town who got it finished the following day. I understand smaller jobs can’t be first priority sometimes but at least communicate with me or tell me you can’t do it.
They were very nice and professional. They replaced half the windows on our house, got us a great price, and these windows have cut our power bill and kept our house cooler this summer! Will definitely use them again when we replace the other half.
