Do NOT rent unit 204!!! The landlord is extremely non cooperative and reneges on his words.
Very nice building with underground parking for residents (1 parking slot per tenant) - right next to the Lechmere T line that makes for seamless commute into Boston, which is right across the river. Nice views!! Has amenities such as security and Business office for residents.
Management team does not care about solving problem at all. I have complained multi times for noise from vent but no one care. Try to avoid leaving in this building if possible
Great place to live
I must say this is a great place to live for the tenants who wish to live in East Cambridge. It's proximity to Lechmere Station, Galleria Department Store, and walking distance the Kendall Square (major hub of BioTech companies around MIT).
