Bad, Bad, Bad...After I wasted a month with them calling every day trying to get a quote to replace all the weather strips of my backyard sliding door, they came back to me saying they could not do it. Basically they said it was such a small job for them that it was not worth it. All this after the tech guy, who later on I found out he is the owner of the company, came by twice to take all the measurements. When you run a business, unless you are doing it for fun, you NEVER turn anybody down, they can bring in more business.... read more
