Had two panels of the balcony doors replaced. The employees were very professionals, the glasses look great. Unfortunately I have to take some stars off because there is a lot of draft in this winter time around the glass. They came twice as we complained about it, put some silicone in one of the panels but we are still getting cold air coming from it. Even the vertical blinds keep moving, whenever there is a minor breeze outside.
Had a terrible experience all around. Not only was my shower door not measured properly, it wasn’t installed properly either and it doesn’t close all the way. If I do jam it shut, I can barely get it open. Poor workmanship and what’s worse, after multiple conversations, they will not fix it. They won’t even come out to look at it without charging me hundreds of dollars just for the visit.
