First of all they answer the phone (in person), not AI. Secondly, they welcome you like family. We were able to get a window we needed (pine cone through the back window) to be able to make a trip back home from vacation. Erin, Amber and Trey made this a priority #1 for us. I wish there were more small businesses like this in the world!
