After dealing with another glass company for six months, Glass ect was able to fix my windshield problem within and hour. HORRIBLE customer service and no accountability. Esmeralda (the so called manager) made this experience the worst I’ve experienced on a very long time. Don’t go for cheapest price, you get the cheapest staff & service.
