I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor communication from this company. I had an issue that they ignored for years after claiming they "lost" my records. When I finally re-engaged them to fix their original mistake, I was met with more delays and excuses. It got to the point where I had to pay a third party to come out and fix the window, only for that professional to confirm it was indeed this company's error.
