Service tech, Rodney, was excellent. Knowledgeable and personable. Answered all our questions. Took care of business. Will use again.
Our 68" ceiling fan suddenly stopped spinning. It is not your typical ceiling fan. Glass Electric assigned Rodney to diagnose the problem. When he walked in he room his first words were " I know this fan, I've worked on them before". Needless to say he knew what part was bad immediately. The part was ordered and i.was a satisfied customer. Courteous, Knowledgeable, Professional and Prompt!
Rodney was punctual, highly knowledgeable, and patient with all requests. He replaced what needed to be replaced and repaired what was possible. The cost was very reasonable.
They never called me back. I got "Black Lab Electric " to do the work for me.
Rodney cane out and knocked it out the park today! 100 percent recommend this company!
