Guess they don't want to look at things they say are fixed but broke a month later. Dispointed called the tech and the owner no response. Gave them a chance to see why it was broken but wouldn't even get back to me may as well use anyone else. Never using them again.

Our 68" ceiling fan suddenly stopped spinning. It is not your typical ceiling fan. Glass Electric assigned Rodney to diagnose the problem. When he walked in he room his first words were " I know this fan, I've worked on them before". Needless to say he knew what part was bad immediately. The part was ordered and i.was a satisfied customer. Courteous, Knowledgeable, Professional and Prompt!
