I’m a flatbed driver, who’s never hauled glass. I was a bit nervous, yet everyone reassured me. The guys that loaded me were soooo helpful! Toya was the lady I initially spoke with when I checked in was absolutely so sweet. I’ve been driving off and on OTR for 10years, it’s rare to meet people that kind and polite upon checking in.
