Don’t waste your time. I had them come out a measure two windows and they sent me an estimate. I approved the estimates and now it’s been TWO FULL MONTHS of silence. They just disappeared. Not answering calls, texts, or emails. Now it’s cold and I have a cracked window and have to find another company. Look elsewhere.

Run away from this company before you waste your time. I contacted them in July and had them quote a window project for me to repair two windows. Four months later and other than one exchange in September to indicate my order was in transit, I have not heard from them and they have been entirely unresponsive to phone, text, and email inquiries on the status of my order. Clearly they are not customer-oriented or responsive.

Honestly, I don’t know how this company is in business. Their customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I had (and still have) a very small job (single pane window replacement on a storm door). After numerous attempts to contact them they eventually picked up my window. My issue (as should be their concern) is their poor communication and lacking customer service. I was in no hurry to get the window replaced but when you’re in business you need to return phone calls and text messages—especially since their main office... read more

Excellent service. Very professional & even offered to clean up. My 16 blind dog somehow fell into a window on our porch & broke it Sunday. They came out the next day to inspect it & replaced it Tuesday. Much faster than I imagined & they are local as I also reside in West Orange. A+ Our technician name was Dave... fabulous job he did
