Would not give even one star - but no option. I WOULD NOT do business with this franchise. Michael Feltz, the owner is not trustworthy. He is actually a thief. We paid him and we have received nothing! No service, no glass, no product. It has been three months. He came to our home provided us with an estimate to enclose our freestanding tub and shower in our master bath. Stated he required 50% down before ordering the glass.
