Would not give even one star - but no option. I WOULD NOT do business with this franchise. Michael Feltz, the owner is not trustworthy. He is actually a thief. We paid him and we have received nothing! No service, no glass, no product. It has been three months. He came to our home provided us with an estimate to enclose our freestanding tub and shower in our master bath. Stated he required 50% down before ordering the glass. Glass Doctor is awesome! Got a windshield replacement for my car there in less than 24 hours. Original equipment too. Professional, even cleaned off the dash and the interior. Be sure to get your can of glass cleaner - it's the best!!!
I just love these people friendly and committed to doing the job right the first time.
They did an amazing job. My car was vandalized and the back window broken out of my car. I called in the morning to the Glass Doctor and they had my glass by that afternoon and installed it the same day. The price was higher than other glass repair shops, however, I definitely got what I paid for and my car looked exactly the way it did before.
