I did not know you have a location in Vienna. The only option I was given was carterville or Harrisburg. I live 7 mile from Vienna and that would have been convenient. Over all great experience but I would suggest having your tech clean up after themselves. There was a lot of small pieces of the seal left in my car and the could clean the window after. It was an insurance clam so I have no idea about the price. I was told about 1 hr and it took 2.5
