They canceled the first appointment. Supposedly due to rain. But the rain stopped 15 minutes after Jose called to cancel. it all dried out and hasn't rained since. But their worker was on time for the second appointment. If I knew he was going to leave deep scratches and paint smudged off on both sides of the metal where the windshield glass slides in; or if I knew he wasn't going to center the rubber moulding and leave it loose at both ends where it ends I would of never tipped him $20.00. I had a cracked windshield that needed to be replaced. It was absolutely a great expirience dealing with them. Polite, courteous, professional and reasonably priced ! Would recommend to everyone.
