Very disappointed. We had them replace he glass on a broken sidelight. However they did not put down anything to catch glass and we ended up with glass on our porch and floor in our house. Also they failed to replace our trim around the window and did not tell us before the job that they weren’t replacing the trim. Do not recommend
Ordered glass over one month ago by it was a specialty glass that allegedly had to be made. Got the run around about the order not being placed due to a family situation. Called to check on order due to length of time passed and she was incredibly rude and said she could not contact manufacturer on a Saturday. I didn't ask her to. I just wanted a darn update. Genuinely lovely personable and knowledgable staff . We had a window replaced and they made it effortless from start to finish . I would highly recommend this crew 🤗.
