First off, the glass that was replaced looks good itself. The customer service over the phone was great. However, there was a lot of glue residue left over on the window, the tech had to use a saw in order to get the old one out and left scratch marks on the plastic frame both inside and out. Don’t expect a job to be perfect but this one seem quite rushed.
This company is fantastic! Quick response time. Excellent pricing, and prompt, experienced technicians. They have done all different types of glass jobs for me and I will continue to make them my first call for anything to do with glass.
Truly an all-around perfect experience. They accommodated my schedule, came to the office, replaced the windshield and gave me the warranty paperwork which lasts for a full year. Totally awesome service.
