Everything was simple and done in great time
All who work for this company are courteous, professional and patient! Years ago we had to have our windshield repaired and they came to our home to do so. There was a problem in the installation and the glass began cracking. We were worried that we might have an issue since it was nothing we did, but when we called, they apologized for the problem, came back and replaced it again. THAT is customer service and honesty. Today I went to the Glass doctor with 3 chips in my windshield. I had no problems getting in and since my insurance pays for chips I was charged zero! The dr did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone who has rock chips.
Very good customer service, accurate quote, very professional and quick work.
