The quality of work was great and the installers for our new window pane were very courteous and timely. However, I received an invoice after completion with an additional $235 in charges above what was quoted due to ‘extra labor’. When I called and asked them to explain I was told ‘the job took longer than our quoters expected’. Very disappointed in the final invoicing situation and how they handled that. I do not recommend using glass doctor on the island if you are looking to avoid unforeseen charges
Ryan is a CROOK and a THEIF, he butchered my 2021 Honda CRV windshield install and is now hiding from me, wont take or return my calls., Do Not Deal With This Loser !
