I hired them to do my wine cellar enclosure in Staten Island. I gave them a $15k deposit; after that, they kept me waiting for 7 months and gave me all different excuses why they are late. Now they are silent. Stay away. Charles, the owner, is a good salesman but such a liar and thief. I would give them 0 star if I could.
Beautiful work Charlie and his team and Ted are awesome I would truly recommend. They fix my sunroom window perfectly.
I really wanted to give this company a good review. The salesman seemed pleasant. They originally gave me a fair price, but after a few changes, I was paying for a product they couldn't deliver. My glass table top came scratched and without beveled edges. After many emails and false promises, I am left with a very expensive piece of scratched glass. Stay away from this company. I do not recommend them.
Never used this company they will scam you , take you money somewhere outs , they will used the cheapest materials , i meet over 4 people who he rob make them work and never pays them . Charly rob so many people he can even Remember
