Terrible customer seevice. I have purchases several glass needs from them and have been pleased with the service, just hope nothing goes wrong with your purchase. Several phone calls a week and no return call or answer any of the time, finally got ahold of them and because of an error in paperwork from one of their techs we apparently can not use the warranty that we rightfully have.
