Very professional and courteous
Ive looked at prior reviews and I can say its extremely accurate. Called around 2 weeks ago to have a glass replaced for a semi. They told me they would order through the manufacturer and give me call when the replacement arrived and set up an appointment. 2 weeks go by I call to get an eta on the glass and was told it was never ordered and they "meant to call and notify that they were unable to get the replacement" lack of communication now I've spent half my morning to find a rep
they were efficient and clean and did a a great job replacing our skylights.
