Would not use. I was quoted almost 1,300 for a dog door and asked for pictures with the quote to make sure it would be high quality. The door ended up being off-center, too small for my dog, and looks incredibly cheap. The workers showed up 2+ hours late, causing my dog sitter plan to fall through, and they left dirt/a mess all throughout my house without cleaning anything up.
Do NOT use them. They have horrible customer service. I originally called about getting my window repaired on February 21st. Was told it would be about 2 weeks. My window did not get installed until June 9th. That was after we called them to find out what was going on because we hadn't heard anything from them at all. They tried to come out in April only to tell us that the window was incorrect due to manufacturing error and they would be back that following Monday. That was the first week of April.
