I wish I can give a zero star. I am writing internet review for my first time. I usually don't write reviews, but in this situation I will do. I hired Dan from glass doctor to replace my 2 garage windows, he came in and gave me an estimate which was reasonable. I paid 50% of the total amount he asked per his request. He ordered the windows for me, and It got delayed, i am not blaming them for that. Dan was excellent! He came out to our house to give us a free estimate. He placed an order for us and came out again to do the installation. His prices are fair, he provides an excellent service, he is very nice and excellent at what he does.
I just call here because I assumed they did window replacement. Well the man was so rude and said we don't do that and hung up on me! That was very unprofessional and rude. He could've just said we don't do that here I'm sorry we couldn't help you not hung up on me.
Interaction was very favorable, they were quick to respond and were able to come several days sooner than Safelite and didn't try to sell me wiper blades or pound their chest as to how good they are. It has been my experience when someone does that, they aren't that good. The technician was very thorough and careful. He took care of my windshield like it was his own. A person can't ask for more than that. I would definitely recommend you guys, and you use again.
