I have nothing but good things to say, as of this review today I've used this specific Glass Doctor (Sarasota) twice for my cars and have positive experiences. Last year I needed a whole windshield replaced on my Civic and today a chip repairs on my wife's van windshield. Both experience I had someone at the shop (yesterday was Kevin) give me a call and handle the insurance side together. Amazing company! They were professional had great communication did what they said they would do. They work with our schedule just an all around great experience. I would use them again!
Very pleased with the service. The gentleman who replaced my daughter's windshield had 38 years experience so I felt very comfortable with him. Her front windshield had a long crack at the base which moved perpendicular when she hit a mosquito inside. Time for mom & dad to intervene as she had no time.....:)
Great from start to finish
Had to get a home window repaired as the glass had broken, Tyler was great! Very professional and did great work in a relatively short period of time. Communication was great and whole process was seamless. Thank you Glass Doctor!!
