The Glass Doctor replaced my driver side window after it got scratched. Their price was an "out the door" price. Their main competitor gave me a slightly higher price, but that didn't include tax as well as some other fee. They came to my house and it was done in less than 30 minutes. No muss, no fuss!

Very good customer service attention to detail was very very good. Overall experience excellent.
Glass doctor was the least expensive and that’s why we went with them for our rear door window replacement on our minivan. However, the button on the rear door that you press for it to close no longer works and I have to manually shut it. It worked just fine RIGHT before he took it apart to replace the broken window and was not working after he was finished. Beware saving money with them, it might cost you more to replace another mechanical issue they cause.
