Instead of charging me for an unnecessary house call, he patiently walked me through how to fix the issue myself using a replacement latch he had in stock. Glass Doctors came to measure my elderly mother’s patio door, for glass replacement. They were on time, friendly and quick! What an easy and pleasant experience! Kathy, in the office, is also very quick to responding to phone calls, and emails and very friendly! Highly recommend this company!
Sept 22/26 - Glass Doctor - Jeremy & Denasha - replaced a glass panel - floor to ceiling - in our sunroom. It was not a "typical" or "standard" job - the glass panel was meant to be permanent - not replaced. Therefore, the job required expertise and innovation. Jeremy & Denasha were more than up to the task - did it with expertise, effectiveness and timeliness, the work was completed in approx 1-hour.
