The technician that replaced one of the glass panels in one of my windows was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work. The window looked brand new upon completion. I am very pleased with the professional workmanship from Glass Doctor.
This is a joke! If you no longer have an office in Newport News how about you change your website, it’s not that difficult!
We had a terrific experience with Glass Doctor! David was professional, friendly and did an outstanding job! We had a short timeline and truly appreciated how quick and easy it was to schedule our repair. We would highly recommend Glass Doctor to friends and colleagues.
Only gave one star because zero was not an option. Scheduled and even prepaid for simple repair on a property we were selling. The technician was supposed to be there on 10/19, but he did not show. This went on everyday until 10/26 which was the day before closing. The technician then claimed he couldn't perform the work due to wood rot. We hired another contractor who was puzzled because he couldn't find any wood rot. That contractor performed the repair the next day.
