I brought in a Honda Odyssey to have the rear glass replaced. We got back a car with the rear hatch panel broken and a rear wiper that no longer works properly. Stephen said 'he did not want any conflict and did not want to pay to have it repaired'. Wow! Good enough is the enemy of excellence. This work was less than good enough. Don't use these folks.
