The entire process of replacing my windshield was seamless. They had great communication from the moment I filed my claim with my insurance. They even offered a great warranty that would allow me to replace or repair my windshield within 12 months, which is amazing because it’s happening to me before where I finally replace my windshield in a few months later something happened again. They handled all the calibration for my Audi as well.

Had my 2014 F150 ford windshield replaced. They replaced it with a Pilkington aftermarket windshield. What impressed me is this was their choice to use Pilkington. They could have used a cheaper lower price and quality windshield. Unlike the "other" well known nation-wide installer, there was NO upselling, with wiper blades or enhanced Rainex coating, etc. It was a single out the door price - complete with a breakdown of the labor, material and taxes. I highly recommend Glass Doctor. Quickly came out and provided an estimate. Scheduled the project quickly and completed it on time. Pricing was reasonable .
