Very pleased with the service we received. Our window was replaced quickly and professionally at the quoted price. The large window in our dining room looks really good and we are happy with the result.
Would say they return calls, but they don't. So I guess these guys don't need business
Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I had an appointment and they never put it in the books. So no windshield replacement for me. The response from their Knoxville location was a raised voice while blaming me. Zero stars on customer interactions.
Shopped and found Glass Doctor to be my best choice financially. Checked reviews and found them to be positive. Tim phoned in advance and was at my location on time. His work was expert and quick. I also got a military discount that helped me be able to replace my windshield. I am very pleased with Glass Doctor.
Easy to schedule. Dropped car off for on-site repair. Was done in about an hour. Staff was courteous and professional. Easy to do business with. Highly recommend.
