Our business is based out of Knoxville, but our customer needed a windshield replaced at their facility in Johnson City. I called on a Wednesday and needed to schedule service the following Friday. They arrive quickly and their work was done perfectly . The people were very courteous/ and professional.
I called Glass Doctor when the seal on my patio door failed, trapping condensation between the glass. A nice fellow came out quickly to assess and measure. He went over the options and the pros and cons of each one, setting on a low-E insulated glass that would block some of the hot summer sun and UV but not have a tint that noticeably differed from the windows next to it. This is our second time using Glass Doctor. We were very pleased with the timely service and professionalism by Wesley. He did a wonderful job and answered all our questions.
Called Glass Doctor for estimate to replace all upper windows due to moisture between the panes. Came out within a couple of days and explained work process and estimate of repairs. Approved quote and within 2 weeks windows replaced and job was done. Fair estimate, quality repairs, left our residence clean and installed within 3 1/2 hours. Crew were very polite, only snag we had were 2 balancers were on backorder for 4 weeks but repairs are complete. Compliments go to the Installation Crew. Thank you!!
