Called Glass doctor to get our windshield repaired. They were supposed to schedule us for the Mt Vernon location BUT after waiting forever for someone to show up we called and they messed up and scheduled us for another location an hour away. Rather than them be respectful the lady on the phone from the Harrisburg location was hateful and hung up on my wife because they knew they messed up…..save your time and money and go else where. What a joke of a business.
They were friendly, efficient and courteous.
I have used the Glass Doctor for years. I have never been disappointed. I will continue taking advantage of their great service.
