I couldn't be more impressed! I think I talked to Ed who was so sympathetic! my back windshield shattered this morning, unknown reason, not only were they able to get out today but they were $200 cheaper than safelite. I believe the man who came out was Nick. he was so sweet and seemed unbothered that my car year was put in wrong and he had to make a trip to St. Charles in rush hour to get the correct part. If you need a windshield replaced, I highly recommend Glass Doctor! Not only are they good on their prices, but they also offer benefits that I have not found at other auto repair shops
Contacted them via the website yesterday morning. Got a call about 20 mins later, right at 7:30, and after discussing and emailing pictures had an estimate within another 20 mins. And a technician was at my house by 9 am. One of the Windows was a bit tricky and took a while but he did a fabulous job and everything looks great!
