Very friendly staff and responsive. We contacted Glass Doctor because of their high review numbers and we made the right choice. Because of the weather in the area we took the car to their shop as opposed to doing the work onsite and everything went well. Tracy in the office was very friendly, knowledgeable and was a treat to work with. She provided everything that was needed and followed up to make sure if we had questions they could be answered. RecommendedMy small basement double pane window lost it's seal. After phoning several companies that said they didn't repair double pane windows, I found Glass Doctor and I brought it in and they repaired it within 7 days. No problem.
Unprofessional, poor quality, they don’t stand behind their work. They ruined the interior of my truck upon installation and the windshield leaked later and ruined my headliner and they refused to rectify the situation. I didn’t receive a call from the owner or manager. Only texts. Save yourself the headache and go to safelite.
I think the owners or boss should have a little more respect for their customers. I was told a firm price over the phone. When the tech got to my location after install the price went up. I was told I would be giving a $25 coupon which lowered the price. So in all the confusion the tech was very respectful and got the job done in a timely manner. However the company manager was very rude & bold calling me about $20 after payment was already made. I would never use this company again. I mean $20 I would have paid if I wasn't ... read more

Mr ****** would not pay the tax amount of $20. That's was caused the issue here. We originally quoted his price at $350 plus tax. He claimed he was never told "plus tax".. Glass Doctor pulled the phone call which showed we quoted the price as "plus tax" and sent it to Mr ****** . He still refused to pay and that's what voided his warranty.

I hired this company to do work for my client which was to replace broken glass. The promised me they could get the work done before the inspection, only to call me the day they were supposed to be there to say they couldn't come because someone was out with COVID. It kept my client from moving into his building for another week. When they did get there, they said they could start the job today but not finish it. It was promised to be a one-day job.
