November 16th I had GlassDoctor of Arlington install new windows in my home and replace glazing. After they left I noticed they failed to replace glazing on second story windows. I notified them the next day. Three weeks later they scheduled a tech to replace the glazing they missed. The tech showed up at 4:20 pm December 7th and said there was too much work for him to do alone so he left and stated his supervisor would call later that day which was a Thursday.
