Glass Doctor of the Finger Lakes are totally great! They replaced my daughter's side glass under 30 minutes! Great service and speed. Plus a free cup of coffee ☕️ goes a long way, too. Friendly staff!

Price reasonable Showed up on time, were polite, respectable, knowledgeable, responded to my request for help. The company (Pace Window) we purchased the original window from could not do any of the above. It was a shame. Took measurements ordered the window, came back in 2 weeks replaced the window and the job was finished. I would use The glass Doctor of Finger Lakes again. I'm in Rochester and they came out from Canandaguia. Pace window makes a good window, but they do not stand behind what they sell.
