pay a deposit and cant get a straight answer for when my glass will be completed. two weeks later and cant even get an ETA despite multiple times calling. wont even give me a call back

I received a quote to repair a glass skylight and paid a 50% deposit on Nov 24, 2021. Was told repair would be in about 2 weeks. Six weeks later on January 13 (temperature was below freezing) a technician came out to do the repair. He spent hours replacing the glass and then tried to reposition the break metal ( flashing ) over the area that was repaired. I first contacted Glass Doctor back in October to repair a broken pice of glass on an entertainment center and have been going back and forth since. I paid the deposit of half the repair cost and only got promises of when it might be repaired. In early December, I called to cancelled. Spoke with a manager who promised to call me back the Monday before Christmas. It's January and I've not heard anything. Now, it's the Better Business Bureau. So unprofessional. So sad.

Quick, timely response and scheduling is on your time which works for you, I had no issues or concerns from my initial call to the finished product my install they have much respect for the customer and property I will definitely refer this company to family and friends
