We drove 16+ hours and chipped a friend's windshield on the way. This place was quick, efficient, informative, inexpensive, and convenient for a walk-in. The service was friendly and welcoming. We couldn't ask for more.
Had gotten the runaround from Safelite and scheduling snafu from another place on a windshield chip repair. Came to get my hair done at Images and Leslee recommended I call Glass Doctor- so I did right then and there to schedule an appointment. They got me in immediately and had it repaired before my hair was done. They were friendly, professional and clearly accommodating! They now have a customer for life! Thank you, Chris!
If you go through the website on the contact us page and think you'll get a call or an email back - you won't. Not even to tell you they aren't interested or are too busy to get to you. I've tried 3 times and nothing other than the automated response saying they'll be in touch soon. Never happens.
I'm a semi driver and had my 2019 kia optima end up with a chip about 6 inches away from the siding of my window on passenger side. I got quoted at safelight which was 189 before tax. A new windshield prices at 311 for my kia. Autoglass qouted me 90 but couldn't get me in for a couple days. But glass doctor delivered! Not only was I in and out within an hour!
