Found out Company offers a 10% discount for Senior Citizen Discount........we had mobile scheduled this morning at our home. They quoted me a price over email last week. We elected to go with Glass Doctor after the other quotes came in. When the repair man was here we asked him about a Senior Citizen Discount. He told us that we have to call.the owner, Bill. Don't give your hard earned money to this guy! At first he appeared to provide good customer service, but that evaporated as soon as he cashed our 50% deposit. We were told the project would take 2 to 2 1/2 weeks... it took 7 weeks. At no time did he call to update us on setbacks. Apparently the hardware that we wanted was a special order that I didn't find out until after 2 weeks went by and I called to make sure we were still on schedule. Sincerely thank GDD and associates for ending further agony and disappointment with their services. I took a broken property window with sash into the GDD store front for repair on a January Monday afternoon. They measured the glass and I was given an estimate. I accepted it and provided them my deposit. I was told it would take about a week from Tuesday for the new glass to arrive. Bill and his team at Glass Doctor helped solve a concern with a mirror in a timely fashion and had great customer service. It is nice to know there are companies out there that stand behind the product and service.
