The office staff is completely rude. I came at the time I was told to be there and basically called a liar about being told to be there at that time.

I called and told them we needed a custom window pane replaced and several bedroom window balancers replaced. Guy came and said right away he would have to get someone out to make a pattern of the window, it was a custom job. Then he took down all the part numbers for window parts. This was on a Wednesday and he said someone would contact us by end of week or early the following week. Wednesday comes and no call. Not only does this company employ competent people, but they work efficiently and respectfully. Their customer service skills have been truly commendable. They did an awesome job with our shower doors and cutting glass for our tables.
Horrible job on my window replacement. The silicone got everywhere. The guy never even cleaned it off the glass. We now have to fix it, just to make it look presentable. Will not be a repeat customer.
