They came out and took measurements of the window we needed replaced. Then it took 3 weeks for them to make the glass. Then it was the wrong size,so the had to come back in a week and install. But, the window looks great.

Glass doctor was incredible from start to finish. We were victims of a drive by shooting and Britney on the emergency overnight dispatch was SUPER helpful and responsive despite the late hour and made every effort to get someone out to our house. Juan and Jaime were prompt and professional and were so detail oriented in getting the window covered up and the glass all cleaned up.
