They showed up on time and completed the front windscreen install of my Ford Escape in just over 30 minutes. They were knowledgeable and courteous. The glass has a 1 year warranty and the install has a customer-vehicle lifetime warranty. Yes, I would use this company again.
#1. They scheduled an appointment to come do an estimate on a window in my house. Did not knock so I woke up to two men outside my bedroom window an hour before they were supposed to come. #2. They set an appointment to come and fix said window at 3:30 a week after the estimate. They never showed up, around 5 o’clock I called and they said that the tech should be here any minute. 6 o’clock came around and still nobody and they closed so of course there’s nobody to answer the phone.
