I had a great experience with Glass Doctor Home + Business of Randallstown. Ted was extremely friendly, professional, and honestly one of the easiest people to work with. He helped me a lot throughout the entire process and even came to my home to personally measure my window, which I really appreciated. We had an old garden window that was going to cost a fortune to replace, but the Glass doctors were able to replace the damaged panels for 1/3 the cost! They were great - quick, easy to work with and very responsive! We'd highly recommend them!
They really took care of me, fixed a broken window, screen, and repaired a 30 year old window that I didn’t even know was fixable! They worked flexibly with my schedule and were easy to communicate with. Prices were very reasonable and they even went above and beyond repairing some caulk on the window frame to make everything look clean and new. I would definitely work with them again for any glass related needs. Thanks so much!
Oh my Ted and crew were so amazing. He worked with me in putting a plan together to replace my patio door even though it was a longer drive. We just had a blizzard but the team kept their appointment date and showed up and brought the best customer service . They were very efficient and even took the time to check other windows. I highly recommend them once they arrive just sit back and relax your in great hands.
They quoted me almost half the price of another local company. They had great communication, kept my house clean, and were very professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!
