He was very apologetic and informed me that the people I previously encountered are no longer employed with the company. Glass Doctor of Randallstown is an excellent, customer-oriented organization. I want to call out Eric and Neal who went the extra mile to replace a broken window I had. They were courteous, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable in showing me why the window broke and how they fixed it. I highly recommend them.
