They really took care of me, fixed a broken window, screen, and repaired a 30 year old window that I didn’t even know was fixable! They worked flexibly with my schedule and were easy to communicate with. Prices were very reasonable and they even went above and beyond repairing some caulk on the window frame to make everything look clean and new. I would definitely work with them again for any glass related needs. Thanks so much!
We had an old garden window that was going to cost a fortune to replace, but the Glass doctors were able to replace the damaged panels for 1/3 the cost! They were great - quick, easy to work with and very responsive! We'd highly recommend them!
Oh my Ted and crew were so amazing. He worked with me in putting a plan together to replace my patio door even though it was a longer drive. We just had a blizzard but the team kept their appointment date and showed up and brought the best customer service . They were very efficient and even took the time to check other windows. I highly recommend them once they arrive just sit back and relax your in great hands.
We highly recommend Glass Doctor of Randallstown! They recently replaced the thermal panes in our 30 year old Velux skylights. Everything went smoothly, from the initial visit to measure and quote, to the installation itself, which required disassembly of the sashes. Outstanding communication, service and work. Ted and team operate with integrity and maintain a workmanship level that is not too often seen in the field of service and business. The window repair was completed in advance of a hard deadline and Ted was even willing, if needed, to go above and beyond to accommodate that deadline.
