Worst service I've ever had! These guys forgot me for my first appointment. Asked me to drop off my truck the next morning so they could install in the now cold weather. I drove in and dropped off in the snow storm at 8am. At 1:30pm they called to tell me they ordered the wrong glass. I'd need to come back AGAIN. So, I went to get the truck,.. Outstanding Service!! After leaving messages with several other Auto Glass companies with no return calls, I gave Glass Doctor a try. My calls were answered immediately by a very pleasant and helpful representative who answered all my questions each time I called. My windshield replacement was scheduled at my convenience within two days. The two technicians were very professional and courteous, plus they did an excellent job in a short amount of time.
